Registration and payment
Registration (overseas timber trading companies and Indonesian wood industries):
We charge a small participation fee of USD 100. This fee entitles your company to participate with a maximum of 3 persons, including food and drinks on 6 March 2018.
Indonesian FSC certified wood industries can reserve a booth of 2x2m free of charge. If you are interested in a booth, please indicate this in the registration form below:
Registration (Indonesian forest concessions):
Indonesian forest concessions can participate free of charge (maximum 3 persons per company). This is without a booth. If your concession is already FSC certified or in the process of acquiring FSC certification as part of The Borneo Initiative programme, you can indicate on the application form that you are interested in renting a booth of 2x2m. A fee of USD 100 will apply. Please do not pay until you have received confirmation from us that booth space is available.
Registration (all other individual participants):
All other individual participants: participation is free of charge depending on capacity of venue.
Deadline for registration:
Registration will close on 5 February 2018.

Upon receipt of your registration and payment you will receive confirmation of participation by e-mail. You will receive your attendance badge at the start of the event.
